Allen & Overy has announced the appointment of a new partner to its regulatory practice in Hong Kong.
The new Hong Kong based hire, Charlotte Robins, will form part of Allen & Overy’s global financial services regulatory practice which spans Asia Pacific, Europe, U.S. and the Middle East.
Robins, who is dual Hong Kong and England & Wales qualified, has practiced in Hong Kong for over 15 years. She joins from Norton Rose Fulbright where she has been a partner for the past five years.

Her focus is on advising banks, fund/asset managers, securities and insurance companies on compliance with regulatory laws, codes and guidelines, cross border issues, anti-money laundering and data privacy.
