A global law firm has launched M&A Explorer, a free, interactive research tool that allows users to examine data and create custom charts reflecting global M&A.
The White & Case M&A Explorer, which uses 10 years of Mergermarket data, allows users to analyse M&A activity by date range, geography and sector to create market snapshots, compare activity levels and assess cross-border and domestic deal flows.
The custom charts can be easily downloaded, shared via social media and embedded in websites. Users can also sign up to receive alerts when new data is available at the start of each quarter.
