UBS has opened the Beijing campus of the UBS University which will offer professional training and talent development programs.
The Beijing campus will primarily provide UBS employees with a wide range of talent, professional development and leadership programs as well as divisional training to strengthen soft skills and risk management capabilities.
The Campus will also be available for hosting external educational events. The UBS University also has campuses in Singapore and Hong Kong.
China A Key Market
«We believe that China will continue to post higher growth than any other comparable economy in the world. It remains a key market for UBS and one in which we will continue to invest,» said Kathryn Shih, (pictured) President Asia Pacific at UBS and Member of the Group Executive Board.
During 2016 UBS ramped up its commitment to the world's fastest growing wealth region by opening a Business University campus in Shanghai and launched an association with one of China's leading business schools, establishing the «UBS-Fudan Finance Certificate and Scholarship».
