British asset management firm Schroders has named a new Head of Private Banks distribution for its Asian operations.
Based in Singapore Zal Devitre joins Schroders as the Head of Private Banks distribution and global financial client group. In his new role Devitre (pictured) will report to Showbhik Kalra, Head of Intermediary and Product, Asia Pacific, who is also located in Singapore. From February 2015 Devitre was Head of Investments at Citibank in Singapore, where he had responsibility for Investment Research and Products for Citibank's onshore Wealth Management business in the city-state.
