UBS Asset Management hired an experienced fixed income specialist from a rival local institution.
UBS Asset Management Australia has announced the appointment of Patrick Jung as Fixed Income Specialist.
Jung (pictured) has more than ten years industry experience, having spent over eight years in a number of roles at National Australia Bank in Sydney and Singapore, and then close to two years at the Retail Employees Superannuation Trust (REST).
At REST, he was an investment subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders, involved in business development, client communications, and training activities.
Jung started his career in 2006 at the Australian Taxation Office.
He commenced his role at UBS Asset Management in June 2017 the Swiss firm said in a media release.
