Consulting firm Mercer, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan, announced recent appointments to support the firm’s growth in Asia.
As well as bringing on board additional expertise in Asia, Mercer is pursuing investment licenses to support the development of its delegated investment solutions business in the region, the company said in a media release.

He has in excess of 20 years’ experience in the financial and investment industry, and has expertise in developing investment strategy and advising on and overseeing the construction of hedge fund portfolios for institutional investors.
He began his career with the Monetary Authority of Singapore where he served for almost 13 years.
Hong Kong Moves

Previously Worth spent nearly 10 years in London at Cambridge Associates as Investment Director, Hedge Fund Manager Research, and Man Group as a Hedge Fund Performance Analyst.
Keith Zou assumed his role of Senior Analyst in January this year and is based in Hong Kong. Zou joined from Willis Towers Watson, where he focused on private markets manager research for four years.
