Singapore blockchain firm TenX has made another move to expand its influential market reach.

TenX recently announced it had become a member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, the world’s largest open-source blockchain initiative. The firm has further expanded its network announcing that TenX PAY tokens are now available on Jaxx.

Jaxx is a multi-token blockchain wallet that provides a unified experience across 8 platforms and devices, including Windows, Apple and Linux desktops, Apple and Android mobile devices and tablets, as well as a Google Chrome extension.

The Jaxx wallet enables crypto-to-crypto exchange with frictionless in-wallet conversion via Shapeshift. Users are always in control of their keys and Jaxx neither holds nor has access to customer funds.

Anytime Anywhere

Singapore based TenX which claims to be the only company worldwide that makes any cryptocurrency spendable anytime anywhere by offering a debit card payment system to its users.

It raised $80 million in its initial token sale in June 2017 and made it to the top 5 Singapore's best funded startups in 2017.

«Jaxx is one of the most convenient crypto wallets that has integrated pretty much all of the important token and coins out there. We’re very glad for TenX to be part of that group,»said Julian Hosp, Co-Founder & President of TenX.

Crypto Crackdown

Earlier this week The People's Bank of China announced an immediate ban on initial coin offerings and declared them illegal and a threat to financial stability.

In a circular published on its website, the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) said fundraising schemes of this kind had been defined as illegal, and that 90 percent of the initial coin offerings (ICOs) launched in the country were found to have been fraudulent.

«Any form of fundraising through digital currency issuance should be halted immediately,» the PBOC said.

Will The China ICO Ban Affect TenX?

«When the news broke, we at TenX had done our research, spoke to our legal firm, advisors and investors as well as the community. Based on these conversations it is our understanding that it will not affect TenX,» said Hosp.

«While there is a lot of speculation, we are focusing on our product-milestones and our community while being constantly in touch with the regulators and our legal advisors to react immediately if necessary,» Hosp added.
