Marvelstone Group, the investment firm behind London-based tech hub Lattice80 is expanding its portfolio of innovation labs and has opened a new facility in Singapore.
Marvelstone Group launched its latest initiative in the central business district of Singapore. The developers hope to set up joint ventures with banks and government agencies employing fintech solutions, the blockchain technology and artificial intelligence, Marvelstone said in a statement.
Marvelstone recently partnered with the IOTA Foundation to open a joint venture innovation lab in Singapore and with Seoul Metropolitan Government to support the city's fintech incubation center.
The financial technology firm also inaugurated «FintechDB», an artificial intelligence-powered database it says will become the largest global fintech network. The database is now active, providing data on more than 11,000 startups in the fintech, blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
