GAM suspended Tim Haywood (pictured above) two weeks ago for alleged sloppy record-keeping and risk management breaches. The company also asserted that Haywood signed contracts alone instead of as a co-signatory, didn't get gifts and perks approved by them in advance, and used his personal email for work matters.
At the same time, GAM emphasized that Haywood wasn't dishonest or «motivated by improper rationale». This raises more questions than it answers, especially since an immediate suspension would seem to indicate egregious breach of rules. What did Haywood really do?
