The firm, which crossed A$5 billion in funds under management in the first quarter of the year, has also closed a $1 million funding round advised by Aura Capital, the investment banking arm of Aura Group.
Sydney-based Integrated Portfolio Solutions, which operates a SaaS wealth management platform, has hired its first regional salesperson in Asia, and is currently piloting with wealth and family office clients in Singapore, a press release announced this week.
While Integrated has clients across wealth management, stockbroking, family office and accounting, the last 12 months have seen particularly strong flows from family offices and investment advisors. The firm recently won a tender with Pitcher Partners Sydney Wealth Management and has a contracted onboarding pipeline in excess of $1 billion.
The funds raised will be used to expand Integrated's product range, with a practice management tool tailor-made for financial advice professionals and a managed discretionary account/individually managed account offering, the firm said.
Strong Growth
The Integrated platform offers both custodial and non-custodial solutions with administration support to investors and advisors.
«As advice and private wealth sectors adjust to a new normal, Integrated’s unique position in the market has become stronger. Integrated has strong organic growth from its existing clients and also new boutique and institutional wins,» Integrated managing director Darryl Johnson said about the firm's strong growth, adding that he sees «a huge market potential» in the key wealth management centers of Singapore and Hong Kong.
