Tokyo-based Nikko Asset Management has formed a sustainable investment team with its head based in Singapore.
Nikko Asset Management (AM) has set up a global sustainable investment team, according to a statement.
The purpose is to bring the firm’s ESG personnel under one umbrella and provide related services to its investment and business teams. The team covers all asset classes and spans across Nikko AM’s Singapore, Tokyo, and London offices.
Sustainability Head
The team will be led by Natalia Rajewska as global head of sustainable investment. Based in Singapore, Rajewska reports to group president Stefanie Drews and chief investment officer Hiroshi Yoh.
Rajewska joined Nikko AM in 2021 and previously worked at ING and Aviva, also in ESG-related roles.
