Deutsche Bank’s current London headquarters has been sold to Malaysian construction firm Gamuda.

Deutsche Bank’s current London headquarters, Winchester House, has been sold to Malaysian construction firm Gamuda for 257 million British pounds ($315 million), according to a statement.

Gamuda partnered with private equity firm Castleforge Partners for the purchase with plans to refurbish the premises into a sustainable office for global financial institutions, legal firms and tech corporations,

Deutsche Bank will move to its new London headquarters above Moorgate this year as its current lease is set to expire in April 2024.
