Global law firm White & Case has continued to build its corporate/M&A and capital markets practices in Asia with the addition of a new partner in Hong Kong.
White & Case has hired Catherine Tsang as partner in its global mergers & acquisitions practice advancing the firm’s plans for growth across Asian markets.
Tsang concentrates her practice on corporate transactions and capital markets, advising clients on equity capital markets deals including Hong Kong Main Board and other capital markets fund raising transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Significant local law practice
Tsang, who is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, also represents corporations on a variety of general corporate and commercial matters. She joins White & Case from Paul Hastings, where she was a partner, and brings more than 15 years of experience.
«We continue to establish White & Case in Hong Kong as a leading international law firm with a significant local law practice», said White & Case partner Eric Berg, Head of Asia. «Catherine's arrival, which follows the recent additions in Asia of private equity and corporate partners Peggy Wang and KS Kim, reflects our ongoing ambition to expand our M&A and capital markets capabilities across the region.»
