Singapore-based My-Insurer, the digital insurance platform for intermediaries on Insurance Market Life, has announced the appointment of Jean-Rémi Bernard as general manager, the firm announced in a statement on Wednesday.
Bernard brings 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in building and scaling digital solutions. He joins from Axa Partners Asia, where he was regional chief information officer, based in Singapore, where he was responsible for IT Services, Solutions, and Security in seven markets.
Digitization of Distribution
In August, Singapore online broker and comparison site Insurance Market announced that it would be tying up with my-insurer's life insurance business line, to be named Insurance Market Life. The digital platform helps independent financial advisors by providing the infrastructure, licensed environment and added services to sell life products.
