Lighthouse Canton, an asset and wealth manager with offices in Singapore, taps an institutional sales head and venture debt director.
Anselmo Park was appointed the head of global institutional sales, and Ankit Agrawal as director for venture debt, Lighthouse Canton said in a press release Monday.
Agrawal will be responsible for attracting more institutional capital with niche strategies, the company said. He has more than 10 years of experience in equity and debt investments, and management consulting, having held roles at the International Finance Corp. (IFC), the World Bank’s private investment arm, as well as at Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, the Piramal Group and PwC.
Park’s team will be responsible for managing global institutional investors for Lighthouse Canton’s private and public market strategies. Prior to joining the firm, he held roles in regional institutional sales and client relationship management at MFS Investment Management, Mirae Asset Global Investments, and Citibank.

Sanket Sinha, global head of asset management at Lighthouse Canton, said in the release that the firm sees the hires as «just the beginning of the growth of our team.»
With offices in Singapore, Dubai, and India, Lighthouse Canton provides wealth and asset management services to regional and international investors. The wealth management business provides tailored execution services to clients in the corporate, single-family office, and ultra-high net worth and high net worth segments.
The firm also has a «founders’ ecosystem» providing venture investment and other business services to startups.
