Fidelity International has hired an ex-HSBC executive as its new group chief marketing officer.
Richa Goswami joins Fidelity International as its group chief marketing officer, according to a statement, effective December 5. Based in Singapore, Goswami reports to chief executive Anne Richards.
In her new role, Goswami will lead Fidelity International’s marketing efforts across the firm’s two businesses – investment solutions and services (ISS) as well as workplace and personal financial health (WPFH). She will also enhance the firm’s brand and data-driven marketing activities in over 25 locations worldwide.
Goswami was most recently working at HSBC as its global chief customer and marking officer for its wealth and personal banking business. Previously, she also worked at Johnson & Johnson and Standard Chartered.
