Amsterdam-headquartered ING has named a head of wholesale banking for Asia Pacific.
ING has appointed Uday Sareen as chief executive and head of wholesale banking for Asia Pacific, according to a statement. In the role, he will oversee operations in 11 markets within the region.
Sareen has three decades of banking experience across APAC as well as Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He first joined ING in 2007 and has been the head of wholesale banking for EMEA since 2020.
