London-based property firm Knight Frank has appointed a new managing director based in Shanghai.

Knight Frank has appointed Virginia Huang as managing director, North and East China, according to a statement, tasked with overseeing operations in Beijing and Shanghai. Based in Shanghai, she will report to Craig Shute, CEO of Greater China.

Huang has over 27 years of experience including 12 years in leadership roles, managing large operations in China. Previously, she worked at CBRE and Keppel Land in roles related to commercial office, real estate fund management and sustainable operations. She also established BIBT, an AI-enabled property technology startup.
