CBRE secured 19 national awards at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015. The result included nine wins in the Best Property Consultancy category, with CBRE Australia and Singapore named the region’s overall highest scorers in the category and nominated for APAC regional awards at the global finals.
The awards and nominations were officially announced at a gala presentation dinner at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur on May 8, with top national award winners gaining the coveted “five-star” recognition.
CBRE won the following national awards:
- Property Consultancy, Best (5 Stars): Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand
- Property Consultancy, Highly Commended: China, Philippines, Vietnam
- Property Consultancy Marketing, Best (5 Stars): New Zealand
- Lettings Agency, Best (5 Stars): Philippines
- Real Estate Agency, Best (5 Stars): Philippines, Thailand
- Real Estate Agency Marketing, Best (5 Stars): Philippines
- Property Consultancy Website, Best (5 Stars): Thailand
- Real Estate Agency Website, Best (5 Stars): Thailand
The highest scoring winners from the Asia Pacific Property Awards also go on to compete against other winning companies from Europe, Africa, Canada, the USA, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Arabia to find the ultimate “World’s Best” in each category in December 2015. CBRE put eight entries forward for regional nominations for APAC and secured nominations for all of them.
