Global real estate services firm Colliers International Group has announced two senior hires, strengthening its capabilities in Capital Markets and Investment Services, and Workplace Strategy for Office Services.
The new hires, announced by Colliers in a press release are, Jerome Wright and Samarth Kasturi.
Wright joins as Director of the Capital Markets and Investment Services (CMIS) team. In his new role he will report to Tang Wei Leng, Managing Director, Colliers International Singapore.
Wright (pictured) has 12 years of real estate experience in the field of corporate commercial leasing in Singapore, and the U.K. He will add extensive transactional and mediation experience acquired principally in the Singapore market advising both occupier clients and developer/investor clients. Prior to joining Colliers International, he was Director, Commercial Leasing at JLL where he oversaw large projects, providing blue chip corporate clients with strategic advice to fulfil their real estate needs in Singapore.
Kasturi has more than six years of corporate real estate experience focusing on strategic consulting, workplace strategy development, implementation and management.
He joins Colliers International as Associate Director, Workplace Strategy, reporting to Duncan White, Head of Office Services.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Kasturi (pictured) worked with multiple international property consultancies, and serviced regional clients including Shell Eastern Petroleum as their Regional Workplace Strategy Manager.
Other consultancy clients include British Petroleum, WPP Regional, ANZ, Citibank, and Facebook.
Last year the firm lured the former head of Singapore Real Estate and REITs at Barclays Bank Tricia Song to join them.
