Picking up from where it left off last year, real estate investment manager Savills Investment Management has announced another senior appointment in the Asia-Pacific region,
Savills Investment Management (Savills IM), has appointed Annie Li as Associate Director and Portfolio Manager at Savills IM based in Sydney, further expanding its presence in Australia.
Li joins Savills IM with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience covering Australia and New Zealand the company said in a statement to finews.asia.
Prior to joining Savills IM, she spent 10 years at GE Capital Real Estate and has also held roles at Fosun Property Holdings, DEXUS and AMP.
Through her career across acquisition, asset management, property management and debt financing, she has been involved in over $1 billion Australian dollars of capital transactions.
Several Appointments in 2016
In her new role, Li will work closely with Lee Tredwell, who was appointed Head of Investment in January, to manage existing investments and help grow Savills IM’s Australian platform.
Savills IM made a number of hires in the Asia-Pacificregion throughout 2016 including hires from Morgan Stanley and appointed a new Director, Fund Management for Singapore.
