Acquisitive Professional services firm Equiom has appointed a new managing director in Singapore.
With Angelo Venardos moving up to become chairman of the board, the firm announced the recruitment of Richard Sayers to the position of managing director, Singapore.
Sayers joins from Enhance Group, which he co-founded in 2005. There, he played a key role in developing the business into a provider of investment oversight services to the trust, fiduciary and private client sector. In 2015 he relocated to Singapore to expand the business in Asia.
Prior to that he was a portfolio manager at Barclays Wealth.

Sayers will be responsible for the overall performance of the business and for ensuring all activity is in line with group strategy. He will lead a large team of experienced specialists spanning the range of services offered in the asian wealth hub..
