Financial advisory firm Vanda Global Capital signed a memorandum of understanding with Drew & Napier to offer Vanda-supported companies access to strategic advisory and legal services, which will help them raise capital, seek trade exits or listings on the Singapore Exchange and other exchanges.
Portfolio companies and businesses of Singapore-based venture capital fund manager Vanda Global Capital will be able to tap on legal services offered by leading Singapore law firm Drew & Napier under a new agreement announced today.
The strategic collaboration with a financial institution is the 131-year-old law firm's first and aims to support the development of Vanda-supported companies.

Platform for C0-Operation
Formed in 2019 by a group of financial industry veterans, Vanda is focused on grooming high potential regulatory technology and financial technology startups and has established an ecosystem of partnerships with government, regulatory, state-sponsored private enterprises to facilitate efficient access to capital in Singapore and around the world.
The firm is led by Low Wei Ling, who has 25 years of investment banking and asset management experience in firms such as OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered, and Goldman Sachs.
