In the past two years, it has rolled out innovation projects using artificial intelligence, chatbots and robotics process automation, backed by integration with third-party services such as MyInfo and PayNow.
With Ong's deep experience in the Singapore insurance market, the digital insurer said it aims to further scale and bolster its capabilities and further drive its commitment to creating «fast and easy» experiences for customers.
