Citibank announces the opening of two new wealth hubs in Singapore, as it remains focused on the country as a key location for global business wealth.
In the first quarter of 2024, Citibank Singapore will open two new satellite wealth advisory wealth hubs located at Parkway Parade Level 22 and One Holland Village integrated development. The opening of these new hubs will follow the bank’s main wealth hub at 268 Orchard, as announced.
The Parkway Parade hub will grow Citi’s presence by more than 60 percent in floor area, while the Holland Village hub is around 80 percent bigger than the previous branch. Citigold and Citigold Private Clients customers will be able to engage with their relationship managers and have access to product specialists in these two new hubs.
Hybrid Service Model
Citibank Singapore CEO Brendan Carney said the two new hubs are a key component for the bank’s future hybrid service model. «With day-to-day transactions done via mobile app and one main hub plus two satellites for wealth management conversations», he said.
The Parkway Parade wealth hub will have client meeting rooms named after Singapore beaches and islands, while the One Holland Village will be named after global art museums. The hubs will be equipped with video conference capabilities in each of the private wealth advisory rooms, and its event space could host up to 40 clients.
