Global artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (AIoT) provider Envision Digital has appointed Sylvie Ouziel as international president, a newly created role based in Singapore, the firm announced in a statement this week.
The position, which covers the firm's business in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, was created to cater to the increasing global demand for AIoT technology, Envision said in the statement. The firm's AIoT platform connects and manages over 63 million smart devices and 120GW of energy assets globally.
Ouziel will also serve as managing director of the Singapore office, the firm's headquarters.

Ouziel joins from Allianz, where she was global CEO of Allianz Assistance and Asia Pacific CEO of Allianz Partners for four years.
Before joining Allianz in 2012, she worked for Accenture for 20 years, leading transformation projects for industrial clients in the airspace, automotive, construction, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors. She left the company as global COO of Accenture Management Consulting.
