Financial technology provider Broadridge has announced the appointment of a president for its international business.
Broadridge has named Mike Sleightholme as president of Broadridge International, according to a statement. Based in London, he will be responsible for delivering the firm’s technology and data solutions through the EMEA and APAC regions across capital markets trading, global governance and communications as well as asset management.
Sleightholme first joined Broadridge in 2022 as president of its asset management solutions business. Prior to that, he worked at SS&C Technologies for five years as CEO and general manager of its DST Systems business. Previously, he also spent over 20 years at Citi in various senior leadership positions in London, Hong Kong and New York.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in New York, Broadridge is a financial technology and data solutions provider to various firms including banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, wealth managers and public companies. Today, it employs over 14,000 associates in 21 countries, generating more than $5 billion in revenues.
