Chicago-based real estate firm JLL has formed a sales platform in Singapore to connect Asian clients with Australian property.
JLL has established an Asia residential development sales platform in Singapore, according to a statement. The platform aims to connect Asia-based clients with Australian residential property.

Platform Leader
The platform will be managed by a team led by Darien Bradshaw in the newly created role of head of residential development sales. Based in Singapore, he will advise clients in markets including Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Malaysia on purchasing high-quality residential property across major cities in Australia.
Bradshaw has around 30 years of real estate experience. He joins from boutique real estate agency One Global Property Services where he was executive director private office & Australia. Previously, he also worked at CBRE for 10 years as well as Colliers and Knight Frank.
Sales Director
In addition, Melissa Montgomery also joins the team as sales director, residential development sales, Australia. Based in Singapore, she will partner closely with Bradshaw on residential project marketing campaigns throughout the region.
Montgomery has 15 years of international project marketing experience. She also previously worked at One Global Property Services, most recently as director of Australia business development, Asia Pacific. Prior to that, she worked at Matterport, Selo Group and M/Group.
