Chicago-headquartered real estate firm JLL has expanded its regional equity advisory team with a new hire in Hong Kong.
JLL has appointed Pei Wang as a member of the regional equity advisory team, according to a statement. Based in Hong Kong, she will work with the wider regional and global equity advisory team to support fundraising, equity placement and M&A.
Wang joins from Morgan Stanley where she spent 11 years, most recently as executive director within its Asia real estate investment banking team. Prior to joining the team in 2018, she led the US lender’s Asia credit analytics team covering Greater China high yield credit.
