Real estate firm JLL has appointed a co-head of equity advisory in Australia and New Zealand.
JLL has appointed Mike Pyke as co-head of equity advisory in Australia and New Zealand, according to a statement. He will work alongside fellow equity advisory co-head Luke Prokuda to further strengthen the expertise and capability of the team.
Pyke joins from MA Financial, formerly Moelis, where was most recently head of institutional capital for its asset management business. Previously, he was responsible for leading the firm’s IPO, corporate strategy and investor relations.
Transaction Volume
Since launching its equity advisory business, JLL has closed over A$7 billion ($4.6 billion) of transactions across fund recapitalizations, joint ventures, platform sales and programmatic partnerships.
