The Pittsburgh-based law firm appoints a versed lawyer to help with IPOs on the city stock exchange.
Reed Smith indicated that it has hired Arthur Tso in Hong Kong as part of its Global Corporate Group, according to an announcement sent on Monday.
He joins from DLA Piper where he was a partner and c0-head of the international equity capital markets business.
Extensive Experience
At Reed Smith, he will represent issuers, shareholders, underwriters, and sponsors related to Hong Kong Exchange IPOs, including secondary and dual primary listings.
Before DLA Piper, Tso was at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and Kirkland & Ellis and worked at Morgan Stanley's legal and compliance area.
