Lombard Odier Investment Managers long-time investment chief is leaving the Swiss private bank. His duties will be divided up within the firm.
Jan Straatman, the global investment chief for Lombard Odier Investment Managers, plans to retire at year-end, Lombard Odier said in a statement on Monday.
His duties will be successively transferred to the respective investment chiefs of the bank's boutiques, with the London-based Straatman remaining as an advisor as well as a board member of its fund company.
The investment expert joined Lombard Odier five years ago to reinforce its asset management arm, which he did by building up a multi-boutique structure. Previously, Straatman was investment chief for ING Investment Managers.
