Executive search and consultancy firm Russell Reynolds Associates has hired a co-leader for its financial practice – from a rival search firm.
Mary-Caroline Tillman has joined the firm as co-leader of the financial services practice. Based in New York, Tillman will work closely with chairpersons, chief executive officers and senior leadership teams within the financial services industry.
Tillman previously led the financial service and investment banking practice at rival executive search firm Egon Zehnder. Earlier in her career, she spent 13 years at J.P. Morgan as operating chief of the investment banking division in Europe.
Asian Work
Before joining management, Tillman worked on mergers and acquisitions in the consumer products industry in London, New York and Toronto.
Tillman's co-head at Russell Reynolds is Amanda Foster, who is based in London. The firm has representation in all of the major Asian financial hubs including Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai.
