The residence and citizenship planning firm has added a seasoned wealth manager to its ranks.   

Former senior private banker, Dominique N. Bolli, has been appointed as head of Henley & Partners’ (Henley) Government Advisory Practice.

The unit provides assistance and expertise to countries around the world on economic development strategy and the implementation of residence- and citizenship-by-investment programs.

Prior to joining Henley Bolli spent over 20 years in wealth management. His last role was with Coutts where he was head of clients products and services, he also held the role of chief of staff with the bank. Before that he worked with UBS, ING and earlier with J.P. Morgan on the Latin American desk.

Over the last 20 years, Henley & Partners’ Government Advisory Practice has assisted countries in North America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Europe on migration programs, and to date, it has raised more than $6 billion in foreign direct investment.
