Corporate services firm Intertrust has beefed up its Hong Kong management team. It is also expanding in the region.
Intertrust has named an industry veteran to lead its Hong Kong corporate services business. Donald Tsang joins the company from rival Vistra, according to a statement issued on Wednesday.
In his new role, Tsang will be responsible for leading the corporate services division in Hong Kong and will be a member of the local management team. He will report to James Donnan, managing director of Intertrust Hong Kong.
Regional Move
The Amsterdam-based firm also recently announced its expansion into the Australian market through the acquisition of corporate and fund services firm Seed Outsourcing. Seed Outsourcing is based in Sydney and employs a team of six, led by founder Stephen Tamas.
