Swiss fintech Additiv with a strong foothold in Singapore has found a new head of strategy. The banking veteran joins from Credit Suisse, where she held a series of senior management roles and was a close adviser to Chairman Urs Rohner, finews.asia can reveal.
Christine Schmid is the new head of strategy at fintech Additiv. She joined the firm at the start of 2020 and is also a member of the executive board. Schmid made her move public via Linkedin.
Schmid has spent more than two decades at Credit Suisse. She was head of investment solutions and also led the global equity research department for seven years.
Urs Rohner's Senior Digital Adviser
At Switzerland's second-largest bank, she made herself a name as a digital banking expert. From 2012 through 2016, she was a strategic advisor to Chairman Urs Rohner. She mainly advised him on digital projects. Schmid is also a member of the advisory board of «Redesigning Financial Services», a think tank founded by the University of St. Gallen and ETH Zurich.
