Matthias Schulthess is a managing partner and co-founder of Schulthess, Zimmermann and Jauch, an executive consultant and search firm. He began his career at UBS' investment bank, and worked for Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and a subsidiary of Fidelity. He founded his own firm with Robert Zimmermann in 2011, which last year merged with Jauch Associates. Schulthess earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Zurich and his MBA at London Business School.
