One Heritage Holdings Group is opening a new subsidiary in Singapore, as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia, the company announced in a statement on Friday.

Headquartered in Hong Kong, One Heritage has offered wealth management, global property development & management, and innovative enterprise management technology solutions for the past 17 years. The group also has a U.K. property development and management company, One Heritage PLC, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Experienced Team

One Heritage Capital Singapore will be led by a leadership team of experienced professionals in private banking, including founder Joe Hui, who joined One Heritage in 2019, after four years at wealth manager GMD and 10 years at asset manager Convoy.

CEO Jacqueline Chua, with 27 years of experience, will lead the company's Southeast Asia expansion plans. She previously held leadership positions at UBS, RBS Coutts, ABN AMRO, Citibank and Allianz Global Investors, leading teams of private bankers covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

CIO/head of wealth management Clarence Lee has 19 years of experience spanning global markets and private banking. He worked closely with ultra high network clients and families across Southeast Asia in his previous roles at Bank of Singapore and UOB Private Banking.
