Online bank Swissquote with a strong presence in Singapore, cites favorable market conditions toward the end of last year, particularly in the crypto sector. This is also reflected in its results.
Swissquote's annual report for 2024 will be published on March 20, 2025. On that occasion, the online bank also plans to present a new medium-term outlook.
However, the figures published in advance show that 2024 was a successful year for Swissquote. Net revenue amounted to approximately 655 million francs, exceeding the forecast of 615 million francs. The pre-tax profit is expected to reach at least 345 million francs (2023: 255,4 million francs), and client assets amounted to 76 billion francs as of December 31, 2024 (2023: 58,0 billion francs).
Net new money inflows totaled 8,3 billion francs last year. Swissquote attributes the strong performance primarily to the robust year-end and developments in the crypto sector.
