American asset manager T. Rowe Price has internally appointed a new head of intermediary Australia and New Zealand.
Jonathan Ross has been named for the role, according to a statement, to succeed Darren Hall who has been promoted to become head of distribution for Australia and New Zealand. Ross will continue reporting to Hall in their new roles.
Ross joined T. Rowe Price in 2015 as a relationship manager and since May 2020, he has been the acting head of intermediary for the region. Previously, he held multiple business development roles with NAB Asset Management and MLC.
«Advisers are an incredibly important segment to our business and there is ample evidence that people who seek financial advice have better financial outcomes,» said Ross. «Our key focus is to continue to provide relevant support and a high level of service to the adviser community.»
