The London Stock Exchange Group will look to expand its passives unit with two new hires in Asia Pacific.
London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) hired Martin Orro as Pacific head of business development, according to a statement.
Orro has been tasked with leading the expansion of FTSE Russell’s business in the Pacific.
He joins from S&P Global Market Intelligence where he developed and executed its commercial strategy for the same region over the last seven years.

In addition, LSEG has also hired Jo Saleeba for the newly created role of head of sustainability investment, Australia and New Zealand.
Saleeba has over two decades of experience in corporate sustainability and ESG. She was most recently with Australian superannuation firm HESTA’s responsible investment team where she was responsible for related fund’s strategic direction.
