Global insurance broker IPG Howden announces a new chief executive officer for Asia.
IPG Howden has named Benjamin Cheng as CEO for Asia, according to a statement released Monday. Cheng started working at IPG Howden in 2014 and was promoted to Hong Kong CEO in 2018.
Before joining IPG, Cheng was the CEO of the Citi Insurance Broker (Hong Kong) while also leading its insurance broker business.
Head of EMEA
In the same release, IPG Howden indicated that it appointed Gaya Vytheswaran as its Dubai-based head of EMEA. In both their newly created roles, Cheng and Vytheswaran will report to group CEO Peter Tsih.
