UBS has internally named a new head to lead private credit and structured lending for Southeast Asia.
Ben Sung has been appointed as head of corporate book for Southeast Asia, according to a «Bloomberg» report. A spokesperson for the bank confirmed the move.
Sung was most recently the bank’s co-head of debt capital markets in Asia. He rejoined UBS in 2017 after a five-year stint with the Swiss lender from 2005 to 2010. Previously, he also worked at Standard Chartered for five years.
