Farro Ventures, parent company of multi-family office Farro Capital, has expanded multiple businesses with new hires.

Farro Venture has appointed Deepesh Agarwal as the co-founder and managing director of Farro & Co, an international mobility solutions provider, according to a statement, based in Singapore.

Agarwal previously co-founded Argus Global, a compliance specialist, in 2018 before it was acquired by Waystone Compliance Solutions in 2021. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Barclays, UBS and Standard Chartered.

Dubai Multi-Family Office

In addition, multi-family office Farro Capital appointed Rashmi Vaswani as managing director and relationship manager as well as Mansha Mahtani as associate director. Based in Dubai, they will both report to Rajiv Garg, senior executive officer.

Vaswani has over 22 years of experience in private banking and she previously held senior roles at LGT Bank and UBP. Mahtani has more than a decade of wealth management experience, having worked with Deutsche Bank in Singapore and Citibank in Indonesia.

Singapore Hires

And in Singapore, Farro Capital hired Jessica Liu as associate director and Cadence Tan as associate. Liu reports to to Farro Capital co-founder and CEO Hemant Tucker while Tan reports to Rebekah Woo, managing director, head of private markets and funds.

Liu has over 12 years of wealth management experience working at global financial institutions like Citi Private Bank, Credit Suisse and Bank of Singapore. Tan has 11 years of experience across private equity, family offices and venture capital.
