Citi has a new Head of Corporate Banking for Australia and New Zealand with immediate effect, the incumbent will retire.

In an organisational shift, Citi announced Stella Choe will take on the role of Head of Corporate Banking for Australia and New Zealand, effective immediately.

In the new position, Choe will report locally to Tony Osmond and regionally to Gerry Keefe, who heads corporate banking for Asia Pacific. She will also continue to lead the Financial Institutions group within the Corporate Bank for the time being.

Choe will replace Shane Taylor who has decided to retire.

She joined Citi in 2014 as Head of the Corporate Bank, Financial Institutions group, Australia and New Zealand. 

Prior to joining the U.S. bank she held senior roles at HSBC, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan in Asia, Europe and the United States.
