Aviva Investors strengthens its Asian fixed income team with a pair of senior hires.
The global asset management business of Aviva plc announced the appointment of Adeline Ng as head of Asian Fixed Income and Alice Wu as analyst, Asian Fixed Income, subject to regulatory approval. Both will be based in Singapore, and will join the firm on 11 December 2017, the firm said in a press release.
Ng will report to Dan James, global head of Fixed Income, and will be responsible for leading Aviva Investors fixed income business in the region. She was previously head of Asian Fixed Income at BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNP AM) between 2008 and October 2017. Her career also includes roles at John Hancock International and OUB Asset Management.
In her new role Wu will report to Ng, and will be responsible for further development of regional credit research, aligned to Aviva Investors’ global corporate research platform. Wu was also previously at BNP AM between April 2014 and October 2017, initially as a portfolio analyst before being promoted to fixed income analyst in March 2016.
