Charles Monat Group, a Swiss-Asian life insurance broker for high-net-worth individuals, named a new chief executive in Singapore.
Martin Wong will take on the role as head of the Singapore business at Charles Monat Group. The appointment takes effect on November 5, 2018. The industry veteran will report to CEO Yves Guélat, the company said in a media statement on Tuesday.
The appointment is subject to regulatory approval. Wong was also appointed to the operational committee of the company and will be joining in the rank of a partner and shareholder. Prior to joining CMG, Wong was chief executive officer for Singapore at Jardine Lloyd Thompson private client services.
The broker appointed Berry Wong as its new CEO for Hong Kong in August 2017.
