American Century Investments hires a former Value Partners executive to join as its new managing director.
Vicky Yick joins American Century Investments as managing director of its Asia intermediary business to focus on private banking distribution in the region.
Yick was formerly with Value Partners where she led their private banking distribution business. Previously, she as with BNP Paribas as an associate director of sales, equities and commodity derivatives.

Founded in 1958, American Century has 1,300 employees globally with offices in New York, London, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Sydney, California and Missouri. It has been establishing its regional presence in the last 10 years, mainly focused on the institutional market, and its Hong Kong team covers clients from eight different countries. The new hire of a private banking distribution specialist marks the firm’s next target segment.
