Funding Regimes

Ciambella’s extensive experience as a dispute resolution lawyer in Asia, focusing on complex commercial and corporate disputes, as well as her vast experience as a mediator, will be invaluable for Woodsford as they seek to further expand their business in Singapore, Hong Kong and the wider Asian region, the firm added.

«As Singapore, Hong Kong and other jurisdictions across Asia have liberalized their funding regimes, we have seen a significant and continuing increase in the number of requests for funding. Franca Ciambella’s appointment is further evidence of our hopes and expectations for the region. We are delighted to have somebody of her immense experience and expertise on board,» said Charlie Morris, Woodsford’s Chief Investment Officer, EMEA & APAC.
