The new global head of corporate services is tasked to expand the company's product offering to better cater to listed clients, global corporates, family offices, entrepreneurial groups and sovereign wealth funds.
Alternative asset and corporate services provider Sanne has appointed Brijesh Patel as global head of corporate services, based in Singapore, the company announced in a statement on Monday.
Patel brings more than 20 years of international financial services experience to the role. He joins from State Street in Singapore where he was vice president, relationship management. He is a qualified chartered accountant, with a background in managing strategic global relationships, leading servicing teams and coordinating service delivery from multiple jurisdictions and business areas to a broad range of clients invested in various asset classes.
«His wealth of experience in our industry and his approach with clients will ensure that our global Corporate Services offering is well positioned in an increasingly competitive and consolidated market,» Jason Bingham, Sanne chief strategy officer, said about the appointment.
Asia Business Grows
Last week, Sanne appointed Catherine Law as head of business development, Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong, as well as the appointment of Sakuya Tajima as head of business development, Japan.
The FTSE-250 company administers structures and funds that have in excess of £215 billion ($275 billion) of assets. It first established a presence in Asia in 2010 when it opened offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong, further opening a Singapore office in 2014, and expanded to Japan in 2019.
